Can I use Cycle Platform for free?
Yes. Rider Free includes core participation, session bookings and attendance without a monthly subscription. Paid sessions, indoor packages, competition entries and purchases have their own charges. Rider Plus is an optional progression upgrade.
Do parents need a subscription?
No. Linked parents stay free and can follow more than one rider using the rider codes shared with them.
Does every coach pay for a separate plan?
No. A Club subscription includes three coach seats, including the owner. Coaches join using the Club code and the owner approves their place. Additional seats cost R249/month or R2,388/year.
How does a School connect?
A School joins coach-managed groups using their group codes. Its flat subscription gives it linked rider attendance and reports. Rider Plus is separate; parents stay free.
How do indoor packages work?
A coach offers packages with a session count, price and validity. Top-ups add sessions to the rider’s indoor card. Riders can see available, reserved and used credits, with each purchase retaining its expiry.
Can I check in with NFC?
Coaches can use NFC attendance on supported Android devices and compatible browsers, or use the manual roster. NFC support varies by device; it is not a promise of scanning on every phone.
Are Strava, Garmin and health integrations available?
Strava, Garmin, Apple Health and Android Health Connect integrations are in the works. They are not available yet, and no release date is confirmed.
Can I buy from the Store yet?
Listing, seller and order-management tools are in the app. Store checkout is not yet available. We will confirm payment availability before purchases can be completed.
