A few things you might be wondering
Yes. Create a rider account without a Club code, explore active Clubs, message a Club and request to join. Rider Plus is optional. A Club may offer free membership or separate coaching fees, which you review before accepting.
No. Linked parents stay free. Family owners can also ride, invite new riders by email, link existing riders using a six-digit code, follow whole-family attendance and manage billing for included members. New riders register and verify their own account; existing owner-managed profiles remain supported.
No. A Club subscription includes three coach seats, including the owner. Linked coaches work within the Club membership after owner approval. Contact us if your coaching team needs more seats.
A School joins coach-managed groups using their group codes. Its flat subscription gives it linked rider attendance and reports. Store selling is included; Rider Plus is separate and linked parents stay free.
Session options depend on your coach. Where offered, you can book one-to-one or indoor sessions and manage the relevant pass package. Review the session details and price before booking.
Coaches can use NFC attendance on supported Android devices and compatible browsers, or use the manual roster. NFC support varies by device. Emergency profiles are separate from attendance check-in.
Strava activity sync, Health Connect and My Overview are in a limited pilot for selected accounts and supported test builds. Apple Health support is in development with its iOS release pending. These features are not yet part of the public app release. Garmin is coming soon; wider access has no confirmed launch date.
The Store is enabled. Browse available listings, visit seller profiles and use checkout where an item is available. Store Seller costs R49/month plus 10% per sale. Rider Plus, Club and School plans include selling without another seller subscription; the 10% sales fee still applies.
Use the Google Play link for Android, or open the web app in your browser. The App Store release is pending. Pilot features require a selected account and the appropriate test build; the public download does not grant pilot access.
