Acceptable Use

Use Cycle Platform lawfully, respectfully and only for accounts, riders and organisations you are authorised to manage.

Do not

• Access or disclose another person’s information without authority.
• Bypass authentication, subscription controls or role restrictions.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive or rights-infringing content.
• Harass, exploit or endanger riders, particularly children.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service except under written security-testing authority.
• Use marketplace, messaging or payment features for fraud or prohibited goods.

Enforcement

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law. Serious matters may be reported to the relevant organisation, platform provider or authority.
