Terms & Conditions

Effective 20 September 2026. These terms apply to the Cycle Platform website and service operated by Veelix (Pty) Ltd.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your login and use the role that correctly reflects your relationship to a club, school, coach, rider or parent. A parent, guardian, club or school must provide the required authority for a child to use Cycle Platform.

Clubs, schools and coaches

Club owners and schools manage their organisation subscription and access. Coaches receive access through their linked organisation while its subscription is active. Each organisation remains responsible for its coaching services, safeguarding, rider relationships, schedules and attendance records.

Bookings and payments

Coaches provide one-to-one and indoor services in their own capacity unless Cycle Platform expressly identifies another contracting party. Store sellers are responsible for their listings, item condition and lawful sale. Cycle Platform provides platform and payment-processing functionality but does not provide financial advice or hold itself out as a bank.

Subscriptions

Price, billing period and renewal information is shown before purchase. Native subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple or Google under the applicable store rules. Web payments are processed by the displayed payment provider. See the subscription, cancellation and refund terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse another person’s data, evade access controls, interfere with Cycle Platform, publish unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person, or use Cycle Platform in a way that endangers riders. The full rules appear in the acceptable-use policy.

Content, data and intellectual property

You retain responsibility for content and personal information you submit and grant Cycle Platform the limited permission needed to host, process and display it for the service. Cycle Platform’s software, design and branding remain protected intellectual property. You must have authority to submit rider and organisation data.

Third-party services and termination

Firebase, Apple, Google Play and payment-provider services remain subject to their applicable terms. You may stop using Cycle Platform and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, safety risk or non-payment after any notice required by law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Cycle Platform secure and available, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Disputes, contact and governing law

South African law applies. Contact support@veelixgroup.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. This does not prevent a consumer from using a statutory complaint process or competent court.
